A faith-based story of adversity, perseverance, and personal growth. This book speaks to athletes, coaches, parents, players, and individuals facing emotional, mental, or spiritual challenges while learning to trust the process and keep moving forward.

The title of this book comes from Luke 22:42, "Not my will, but yours be done." These are the words Jesus prayed before facing the cross, surrendering His human desire for escape to the Father’s greater plan. My journey doesn’t compare to His, but in my own small way, I had to learn that my plans, no matter how carefully drawn, could never compare to the story He was writing for me. I needed to learn to surrender to God’s will and let go of everything I thought was my own.

Basketball was the stage. Faith was the real prize. And every point, every foul shot, every challenge, and every disappointment became part of His greater purpose. This is not just the story of my game, it’s the story of my surrender.

Remember Me is a biblical historical fiction novel told through the imagined perspective of Dismas, the repentant thief crucified beside Christ. It is a story shaped by pain, prophecy, memory, guilt, and grace. As Dismas hangs beneath the weight of his own crimes and the slow agony of the cross, he begins to hear more than the jeers of the crowd and the orders of Roman soldiers. He begins to hear the echoes of Scripture, the stirrings of ancient promises, and the mercy of God unfolding beside him in real time.

This novel moves breath by breath through the crucifixion, weaving present suffering with memory, overheard voices, and the converging testimony of Scripture. At its heart, however, Remember Me is not simply a novel about the thief on the cross. It is a meditation on the mercy of Christ toward a man who had no good works left to bring, no future in which to prove himself, and no righteousness of his own to claim.
