About Rick
I’m Rick Martin, and my heart is to guide others toward meaningful growth. For more than 35 years, I’ve served as a Mental Health counselor, educator and administrator, including 12 years as a Superintendent. Alongside my career, I’ve spent over 30 years coaching and training athletes in basketball. Through these experiences, I’ve worked with individuals, schools, and organizations to help them discover their strengths, overcome challenges, and step into purposeful life goals with confidence. My passion is to help others find their calling in their life: whether in education, business, faith, or sports and to encourage people everywhere to put their faith into action and live with purpose.
